This spooky spoonie print was inspired by Christine Miserandino’s Spoon Theory. The skeleton holding a spoon, tucked up in bed is to represent the idea of us spoonies being stuck in a bed holding onto that last remaining spoon (unit of energy)

Whether it’s Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Endometriosis or any other chronic pain condition, this print was thoughtfully designed with all chronic sufferers in mind.

Being diagnosed with a chronic and invisible illness at the age of 19 completely changed my life and made me see the world in a completely different way, so putting items out there that could potentially help others feel less alone in the darkest times of their life is exactly what I aim to do with my invisible illness collection!
